Actuant Corporation (NYSE:ATU) today announced that its 2008 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday January 15, 2008 at 8:00am pacific time at the Miramonte Resort in Indian Wells, California. Shareholders of record as of November 12, 2007 will be entitled to vote at the annual meeting.
