William Axline Named to Lead Actuant's Electrical Segment
MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Actuant Corporation (NYSE:ATU) announced today that William Axline has been named Executive Vice President of the Company's Electrical Segment. Axline joins Actuant from Fluidmaster, Inc. where he held the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.
Axline will be responsible for the strategic and operating direction of this $500 million operating segment which includes the North American, European, Professional and Specialty Electrical product lines.

Prior to joining Fluidmaster, Axline served as President, Chief Executive Officer, of Distribution America, Inc. and held the role of Vice President, General Manager at Alltrade, Inc. Axline also brings over 27 years of leadership experience with The Stanley Works, a $4 billion global manufacturer and marketer of tools and security products to the consumer, industrial, construction and automotive industries. Axline holds a BBA from Ohio University.
